Rich get richer...

... and the poor, and apparently any and everybody else not classified as 'rich', get poorer.
Who the hell spends millions of RM on a wedding, and then wants it to be broadcast live on TV? It is supposedly costing the idiot upwards of RM 12 mil, but I am sure most of it, if not all, is covered by sponsors, or government money, or even our tax money. Add to that, some more cash in the pocket from advertising, or whatever commercial shit you can think of nowadays. Who cares, right? Well I for one. I am still paying for my wedding expenditure thru credit card debts, etc., and will probably do so until and beyond the weddings of my children (dang, I can actually say 'my children'......), unless they strike it rich, in which case, maybe I can get another wedding, huh? Yeah right, like I need another excuse to get poorer.

How many out there are like me.... biar papa asal bergaya... something inherited from past generations.... great when you meet people, outsiders mainly, but reaaaalllly painful when you try to sleep at night, or wake up in the morning. How long will I have a roof over my head? Car? Insurance? Bills? The list goes on.... Plus all these kiasu-driven purchases from Sony and other brand-names? Don't. I'm too far into this bullshit life, it's really hard to make a detour, let alone a U-turn. Well they say sikit-sikit lama-lama jadi bukit, but they never said anything about the black hole of eternal financial damnity. Dragging an ATM out with a 4x4 seems like a good idea at 4am. Anybody with a 4x4? Bibit?

Family. The 2nd reason behind God to strive for survival in this world. Unless I've got it all wrong. A partner for life, and all the rest that come with her, or him, if you're a girl, or a guy with issues, or an animal, but that's another story.... This here is truly a reason for living, as it keeps your mind clear of suicidal thoughts. Sometimes it shifts your thoughts towards manslaughter, or at least attempted murder, but it's all good..... For me my wedding should have cost me millions, but it did not, so I don't know how I deserve the million-dollar service and perks I have received so far post-wedding. I guess in terms of returns on funds employed, if I have my financial terms right, I am better off than any bloke who plans a RM 12 mi wedding...

For this I am thankful..... Alhamdulillah....
Now, I wonder if a Honda Jazz can pull out an ATM out of the side of the bank.....
